Our department meeting on Tuesday December 7th  will be to follow up on our initial discussion from Nov 23rd's meeting of the ideas to include in a strategic plan memo that has been requested by Dean  Garzione. The planning committee will share plans of which of the ideas to include in the memo and discuss the next steps to fill in missing data and produce a draft.
